This is a picture of my best friend and her boyfriend. Normal concert photo, right? Well, look closer in the back where the red circle is. Can you see the face?
This isn’t just some normal chain letter. My friend and her boyfriend died 3 nights after this picture was taken, the police having no idea how they died considering they were both 15 and perfectly healthy.
It turns out a boy died at that venue a few years ago at a concert. He was in the mosh pit and he hit his head and then a few nights later he was found dead in his bedroom from his skull broken and slowly bleeding to death.
If you don’t reblog this within an hour, you’ll hear faint music playing for 3 nights straight. On the 4th night, the boy will come from your closet while you’re getting ready for bed and kill you for not helping us put his soul at rest.
This is not fake. 3 people have already died from not passing this on.

SORRY EVERYONE BUT FUCK THAT SHITI’m freaking out, because I’m terrified. Yeah yeah, roll your eyes and laugh, but I’m a chicken!
PB Banana Power Oats
(adapted from pinchofyum.com)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg white
- 1 banana (I used a frozen one, and only half because I’m watching my sugar intake!)
- 1 tbs. flax seeds
- 1 tbs. chia seeds
- pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs. peanut butter (I reccomend Trader Joe’s Crunchy Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flax Seeds- yum!)
- 1 tsp. packed brown sugar or sweetener like Stevia (optional)
- Combine oats, water, and seeds in a bowl. Beat the egg white, then whisk it in with the uncooked oats.
- Microwave for 2 minutes (or boil on stovetop). Check consistency and continue to heat as necessary until the oats are fluffy and thick.
- Thaw banana, mash, and add to oats. Heat another 30 seconds in microwave.
- Stir in brown sugar or sweetener, and cinnamon. Top with peanut butter!

Protein Cheesecake
- ½ cup fat-free cream cheese
- ½-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
- Stevia extract
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Wheat or Graham cracker (optional)
- sugar-free jelly or fresh fruit (optional)
If you’re like me and have a GNARLY sweet tooth, you will be likely be extremely tempted by desserts. The trick of course, to stay on track with your diet, is to get CREATIVE in the kitchen! I mix my protein powder with just about ANYTHING to make a yummy dessert… and it does the trick! Try this simple recipe, which is under 200 calories (depending on the toppings and extras). I can eat this without the graham cracker or jelly/fruit and still be satisfied by its yummy goodness! =D

Oreo Cookie Protein ShakeIn a blender, just add all the ingredients and blend to however you like it.
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder (I used Pro Fusion by Muscle-Link)
- 1 or 2 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookie(s) (this can be substituted for a “Sugar Free” Oreo)
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 4 pieces of cubed ice (you can use more or less)
Yum!
You will need:
- 1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 6 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup thick spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes
- 1 egg white
- Parmesan cheese
- Parsley flakes

And since that cookie recipe makes a million, it’s the perfect recipe for sharing with friends. Plus who doesn’t like getting a package in the mail? I found the boxes and patterned wax paper at Michaels, tied them up with ribbon and sent them off.
